Bio

Jessica practices at the firm in matters involving employment, business, commerce, real estate and other areas of the law including: Breach of Contract, Civil Rights, Discrimination, Equal Employment Opportunity/Ohio Civil Rights Commission, Employment Law, Fair Labor Standards Act/Wage & Hour, Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA), Harassment, Misclassification, National Labor Relations Board (NLRB), Non-Compete Agreements, Retaliation, Severance Agreements, Unemployment Appeals, and Wrongful Discharge. Jessica also serves as general counsel to Columbus Hospitality Management ensuring its operations are compliant with government laws and regulations.

Jessica is experienced in matters of litigation, arbitration, and administrative hearings and is admitted to practice in Ohio and actively participating in her community.  Jessica is a past board member of the Huckleberry House and is a board member of the Rotary Club of Columbus.  She resides in Worthington with her husband, Greg, and is a proud mother of their daughter, Annabelle, and son, Alexander.  In her free time, she enjoys traveling and spending time with her loved ones.
